reducing salt and increasing black pepper – high blood pressure


Salt intake has a high correlation with high blood pressure.
Salt can be as addictive as sugar and other addictive substances.
Avoid all salts: Cheese, processed meat, table salt, etc.
instead cook a chicken and make small slices to put on your bread to compensate for hams etc.

Black pepper on the other hand improves your digestion. feel free to use as much as you want. Spices improve circulation. You also should drink lots of tea.

for 7 days i switched from eating a lot of milk products and lots of salty products to
vegetables, lean meat, small fish (sardines etc.) and fruits.

If you get all kinds of different vegetables you will be fine.
