#1 be relaxed about everything. there is not benefit in being stressed. but being in a relaxed state of mind has many many benefits.
#2 do 30-60 minutes of outdoor activities every single day of the week
#3 eat healthy and drink a lot of water
#4 have the right intention for your life. have an intention which aligns perfectly with the universe
(e.g. i like to connect people and raise their awareness)
#5 never be lazy. if you want to be lazy let it be a productive lazy. like concentrated meditation
#6 do not create dualities.. (e.g. I am not that.. i dont want that.. realize that all thoughts are yours in your mind.) the more you create thoughts that you push away from you as not being you, the more frustrated you become. You are all thoughts that come and go. you are no individual thought.
#7 at least once daily concentrate on just being your awareness without thinking and then visualize your deepest soulwishes
